The relaxing and restful peace and quiet at Kerscott is also
assured as accommodation is only provided in three bedrooms for
couples and therefore the house is never crowded.
The three quality ensuite bedrooms have comfortable beds, pure wool Devon made Axminster carpet, so cosy to your toes, central heating, colour television, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, many other extras and for your further pleasure outstandingly beautiful views of Exmoor and the surrounding farmland. Additionally, it may be of interest for you to note there is no smoking allowed anywhere in the house and we no longer cater for children under sixteen or accommodate visitors' dogs.
Kerscott is a traditional livestock farm producing first quality beef, lamb and mutton. Indigenous breeds are kept, namely a large flock of Exmoor Horn sheep, a few Devon Closewool sheep and a pedigree herd of Devon Red Ruby cattle, with calves produced from our own Devon bull. Naturally reared on their mothers and only fed on a diet of summer grass and in winter home produced silage the beauty of our cows is remarked on by many. For the farm kitchen we also rear our own pork from Gloucester 0ld Spot and Berkshire pigs.

As well as all the farm animals for you to see Tilly our Jack Russell Terrier is a real sweetie and would welcome any attention to come her way and our two young yard cats Felix and Bertie sometimes put in an appearance.

Our donkeys Betty and Bridie are very much at home in the old meadow at the front of the house after their long journey from Southern Ireland. |
